About Our Classes

Nestled within the serene Zen Wellness Centre, our yoga classes offer a unique blend of Yang Yin style practice.  

 

Combining 30 minutes of invigorating flow with 30 minutes of soothing yin floor work, our classes strike the perfect balance. Warm up your body with dynamic flow sequences, then transition seamlessly into yin poses to lengthen and release tension.

 

 Experience the profound effects of this harmonious fusion, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed.
